Balancing work life and personal life is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I find it helpful to create a schedule and planning ahead. This way, I know exactly what tasks need to be done during the day and can plan accordingly. Additionally, taking breaks throughout the day helps reduce stress levels and allows me to focus better when I come back to my work. Lastly, communication with friends and family is important in order to stay connected and remind myself of what is truly important.
